Windows 8 WIBU Service Fails sometimes

I'm getting a strange issue where the WIBU Service shows as Not started and fails to start, but the vlservice will work sometimes. Its very hit or miss. Only getting the issue on one machine. Any suggestions?

WIBU Service is not used by our Licensing System. You need to have only V-Ray License Server started.
Please make sure that the latest version(6.30b) of is installed on the machine, and the dongle is plugged in.
Are you able to use V-Ray on that machine or not?

There's some issue with USB 3 ports; you can try updating the WIBU drivers with the latest ones from their website: http://www.wibu.com/downloads-user-software.html - you need the WibuKey Runtime for Windows.
