  • Material not showing in viewport

    Hello,

After a few years out of the rendering scene I'm back and have to reload my brains

I'm missing a thing I think, bit my vray materials show correct in the editor, but not in the viewport.

Even applying a UV MAP doesn't resolve it..

    Can somebody help me..

Sorry for this old newbie question

    'Show Shaded Material in Viewport'

If you need several materials to show up, I use this script - http://www.scriptspot.com/3ds-max/sc...ort-maps-onoff

Hmm. Hard to say. Include a few render elements for gi, lighting, reflection, etc and look through those to pin point where the noise is. If it's lighting, up the samples in the lights, or maybe it's in the reflection pass, up the samples in that particular material, etc
