The meddlesome feature of a new Chaos installer

When vrlclient.xml is other than localhost/127.0.0.1, even though having selected WorkStation by install type, a license server is not installed by a default.

Please change this meddlesome behavior!

Almost all users install software by initial setting. They do not customize.
There is also a case where localhost is set by the host name or an IP address.
Regardless of a setup of vrlclient.xml, a license server should be installed by a default the case where WorkStation is selected.

For the record, I do customize, and I prefer the installer to behave as is.

If you need to create many identical installations, why not use an XML configuration file as shown here?

I think we always install the license server executable when "workstation" mode is selected, but let me double-check.
