    as title. if i render a selected object (via object id in this case) with adaptive, i get nice edge aa on object.

    if i use progressive sampler i get no antialiasing.

    Yes, because we couldn't figure out a way to do it without duplicating the whole frame buffer and do a new compositing operation after each progressive pass. It is easier with the Adaptive sampler as the bucket it splatted in the VFB only once, when it's done. Will come back to this in the future though.

      vlado any news on that ? this issue is still there, and sometimes it would be better being able to render in progressive sampler mode.
