Near Clipping not show in Viewport.

Near Clipping not showing in Viewport far clipping works but not near. Rendering on but I cant see the clipping in the viewport.

I figured it out...if the Viewport clipping is on then it does not work. I don't remember this being a problem before.

Still not able to reproduce this.


I'm using 3DS Max 2015 SP2.
