  • Problems with V-Ray Toolbar

I'm having problems with the UI when V-Ray Toolbar is turned on. When I dock Layer Explorer to the left of it (Image 1), then close Max and open the file again, the docked Layer Explorer "breaks" and opens in a strange way (Image 2). If I dock Layer Explorer to the right (by the Command Panel), it doesn't open in a weird way next time I open the scene. Is this problem with Vray or Max?

Can't help you there unfortunately. The 3ds Max developers are aware of the issue, but I don't know if/when they will be able to fix it. It would be best to report a 3ds Max defect about it.

    Best regards,

Thanks for the info. I will submit a bug report to Autodesk.

It works if you place it anywhere but the left side...
