    If you attempt to tweak a texmap using an output map driving a 2D VrayDisplacement Modifier there is no change. (Tried clearing the tex out of the VrayDisplacement mod and relinking without success as well.) Tried curves, invert, multiply, bump amount without any effect.

    EDIT: Reloaded Max... problem went away. Must have just been a quirk in the scene graph. Ignore me.

    I do approve what you say, There is a problem in 2D vray displacement If you change it and try to render it THROUGH a glass or transparent materiel Only Base color Appear. No Diffuse, No 2D vray . Such a Weird and VERY annoying problem.
