mouse scrolling issue

Heya..

I have the problem when i scroll over the max render setup window vray 3.20.03:
I scroll from top to bottom, but when the mouse points to drop-down menu it starts to scroll that menu not the whole render setup menu and that changes the values in the particular drop-down, but not scrolling the whole main render setup menu.

In Windows 10 this is default behaviour and so annoying!
Here is how you disable it, go to Start button, Settings, Devices, Mouse & touchpad. Turn off “Scroll inactive windows when I hover over them.”
