No more Physical Camera button

The button in CREATE tab / cameras / VRay only shows VRayDomeCamera. (Looks like Stereographic cam has disappeared too.)

I use VRay 3 & Max 2016

I can still create new cams with the button on the V-Ray toolbar.

The stereoscopic helper in the "helpers" section of the command panel.

In 3ds Max 2016, you can just use the new physical camera that is included with Max itself.
