  • Problem with PROXIES using dual XEON E5-2695 v3

    Hello,
We just acquired a dual XEON E5-2695 v3. It renders fine as log as it's not rendering proxies.
If I have proxies in the scene it takes a terrible long time to render them. But if I replace the proxy with the original geometry it performs well.
    Any suggestions?

We are using V-ray 2.10.01 in Max 2010
    System:
    Intel Xeon E5-2695 v3 @ 2.30 GHz (2 processors)
    128 GB RAM

    Thanks

It would be best to upgrade to the newest V-Ray version (3.20.03); performance will be much better.

    Best regards,
    Vlado
I only act like I know everything, Rogers.
