Register VRaySpawner Service Log On Account and Gray Buckets

Hi there. Trying to update spawner service with the local Windows admin login but I get the error that the credentials are incorrect (see attached). Even when attempting to register VRaySpawner service (as administrator) a Windows login box would appear and not accept the admin credentials.

The workstation has only one windows login (administrator) that I use to login with every day.

Using a Windows account for the machine (migrated to Windows 10 from 7) and not a Microsoft account. Not sure what else it would be looking for. Even changed the user name/password now that we're in Windows 10, just in case it needs refreshed and not a carryover from 7.

As has been the same case with others, that without updating spawner service log on, DR buckets will be missing maps and render gray.

Instead of typing the account name, please use "Browse" button then in the applet opened type the first letters of your User name and then hit Enter. If it doesn't appear automatically, choose "Advanced" button and in the new applet opened "Find Now". Now you may choose the User name that you want to use for Service Log On in the Search results appeared. Enter your password and see if this helps.

Thank you, that helped greatly. It was helpful to see the available accounts usernames that it was looking for. I'm not sure why but the username that worked is an old username the computer manufacturer set up when building the machine. Thanks again.
