Strange Bucket Problem

This is a recurring issue. If you look close, I am getting clean buckets along side dirty ones. One machine, so no DR is going on.

I have one HDRI in a V-Ray Dome; all other lights are turned off. AA is 1/100 IRR/High and LC. Other than that, pretty straight forward.

its probably bec your min is 1, set it to 2 and see if it helps.
