Having problems with my vray dongle

Hi

I've been having some problems with my vray dongle license. It works fine for about 20 minutes and then an error pops up. Error -197 (error-197.jpg file)

And then when i restart 3ds max this appears in the screen (maxmessage.jpg).

Finally i pull of the dungle and replug it in to my usb slot. it works fine for about 20 more minutes and then the problem starts all over again.

Hummmm

It can be a problem reading the USB?
When installed the Vray the WibuKey driver was updated?

The license server is running as an administrator?

What OS are you using? Have you tried updating the WIBU key drivers from the WIBU website (where is says "WibuKey Runtime for Windows")?
