vrayaerialperspective doesnt work with rt gpu

not sure if it was even supposed to, but thought id log it anyway.

on the same subject it would be good to have a bit more control.. near and far ranges and bias for example.

the view distance is a bit limiting, as, for example, to get a ncie hazy sunset, and not obscure the sun and sky completely, i need a visibility distance of 100,000 metres+ but then the haze on a modest landscape of a few km is not even noticeable.

Well, it's a bit difficult to make such non-physical effects to work with transparency, so we'll see.
