How to save renderelement preset

Hello,
how can we save the list of renderelement so we can easily load it again into another scene?
The Presets in the vray system don't allow to save the renderelement.

That, or the preset dropdown in the bottom left of the render window does.

Use 3DSMax presets like Rens pointed out or Merge-button under the render elements which allows loading render elements from another scene.
