hello,

im using forest pack pro and HQ1 Plants.
but the Colors of the flowers (blue and red) get burnt out on some bushes (you can see in the pics).
the materials are vray.
i have played around with rendersettings, but it is not getting better

please can you help me

Is every material in the scene a Vray Material? Try running this converter script on your scene...

thank you, yes all vray, no change after running the script

It's because the HQ plants (nothing to do with ForestPack), has on some of the flowers in the Bitmap output, instead of rgb level or rgb output = 1, they have it on 1.5 and that is creating the blowout. Just bring it down to 1.

In material editor go to the bitmaps in the diffuse for the flowers, then check output rollout

Would it be possible to post or send reproducible scene to support at chaosgroup.com ?
We will also need the exact 3DS Max/V-Ray/ForestPro versions.

Edit: I see Morne has a good proposal for this issue. Let us know if this fixed it.
