I am on another job and I am getting the same error, however, it is on a much simpler roof. I am using the Roof Displacement script, like I have for years, and with V-Ray 3x it is causing issues.

It's probably the same issue but we will need the scene in order to confirm that.
Was the previous scene built with that plugin also?
