  • Render Mult: seems to have stopped working

I'm working on a scene lit by a HDRI dome. Earlier when I was setting it up, I was fiddling with Render Mult: at a setting of about 1.5 to be the brightness I was looking for. However now, it doesn't seem to make any difference where its set. I have it all the way up to 10 and it looks the same as set to 1. My Inverse Gamma is at 1.5 at the moment. I'm using 3.30 and the "default" settings with Brute Force. Camera is set 1/30sec, 160ISO F/8. Everything is the same as when I started. No idea why I can't increase the intensity of the dome source.

    Thanks.

Maybe you made a copy in the material editor of the HDRI and you're chaning the wrong one's values?

That's what I wondered too, but the material was active. So what I ended up doing is to delete the dome and the material and then importing those things from an earlier version of the file that was working. That seemed to fix it. I still don't know what was up with that. Probably something stupid I did!

We could check what's going on if you send us the scene
