background is grey when using progressive sampler

Is there anyway to use pure white background when using progressive image sampler.
I set my Background to white, set don't affect background but when using progressive it's still grey. Only with adaptive it's white.

The progressive sampler doesn't implement the "affect background" option; you could composite the background separately after the rendering.
