Cannot install latest Stable or Nightly versions...

Installer keeps saying 3dsmax.exe is running, even though it's not. Restarted, closed every running app, everything. Even silent install doesn't let me cause of 3dsmax.exe running.
Wanted to check if a bug i'm having has been fixed.

I don't think it's a bug. In the Windows task manager, turn on the option to show processes from all users and make sure that 3dsmax.exe is really not there.
