unrecoverable error happened

Hello

I'm getting an error message from V-Ray RT and I can't render the scene anymore. I've tried to restart max and also the computer but can't get it work. The weird part is that I haven't done any modifications to the scene. Yesterday it rendered just fine but today not. Any idea what to do? Also I noticed that the Engine type drop down menu is grayed so I can't choose any of those. The error message is attached below...

Does this happen on the first RT run ?

Best will be if you could share the scene that crashes (or part of it that still crashes)?

Yesterday it happened every time when I tried. Today it's working again just fine. What is going on here?
I'm sorry, but I can't send the scene because it's work related. I'm just glad it works now because of the deadline.

It would be difficult to say without a scene that reproduces the issue. So it is important to have a file to test it here.
