"Could not obtain license"

I seem to struggle with this sort of thing every time I do an upgrade of either Max or VRay, and I'm never sure what the solution is. It always seems to be something a little different each time. Everything seems good (my computers can see each other just fine) except that my second computer can't obtain the VRay license. And yes, I do have 2 rendering licenses.
