    Hello,

You probably have 3S stuff in your scene, or interpolation in some material ?

The LC is calculated as a prepass as well.

There's some material using reflection/refraction interpolation in your scene, or SSS with prepass; V-Ray writes out in the log file which materials do that ("Registered interpolation map for material...")

        Best regards,

Sure, but seeing the look of the prepass Cecil posted, it does look like some 3S or reflection/refraction interpolation to me.
