Hi,
We are trying to set up a render farm in an linux environment with the possibility to submit render jobs from both Maya and 3DsMax.
We got it up and running but we have some issues with .vrscenes created in 3DsMax.
The scene renders but when we animate the focal length parameter in 3DsMaxs Physical Camera the first frame match but frames with different values then the start frame produces a mis-match in size. See attached images.
We also have a problem with animated lights, were the animated multiplier value donĀ“t seem to be exported to the .vrscene resulting in static intensity.
I did attach both the .max scene and the exported .vrscene
We are using the following v-ray versions:
Windows 3DsMax 2016 v-ray version:
vray_adv_33004_max2016_x64_26634.rar
Windows Maya 2016 v-ray version:
vray_adv_33001_maya2016_x64_26629.rar
Linux Standalone v-ray version:
vray_adv_33001_maya2016.5_linux_x64.zip
