ive got a model im trying to slice with distance tex. unfortunately the internals are full of double faces. its impossible for me to fix the model (its huge, and i have barely enough time to do the animating part, let alone fix somebody elses model)
i had hoped that secondary ray bias would fix it, but even turning it up to 0.1 doesnt fix it, and at that level, introduces terrible rendering errors (black surfaces etc)
any other tricks?
