Hey guys,
Further to my problem that I posted a few days ago I am finding that our render servers aren't loading a particular job as they appear to be getting stuck on some IES lights. Has anyone else experienced this?
Here is the vraylog from one of the render servers:
It doesn't get any further than this, and will simply hang until the job is cancelled (at which point it will create the other issue from the previous topic, that it is busy with a job from 0.0.0.0)
[update] I have tried changing the IES files to different ones, but they still don't load. It may/may not be worth noting that the ones the server appears to be struggling with are within separate scenes that are being referenced in.
[update] Even with references turned off, they appear to simply freeze - nothing to do with IES lights.
[update] The problem is with the file; other files render fine via distributed rendering.
Can someone please furnish me with the details for the chaos group FTP so that someone can take a look at this for me? I really can't find the problem.
The job renders absolutely fine from my local machine.
