Can't log in to chaosgroup.com

I'm trying to download the latest vray for max, but I seem to be unable to log in to the main chaosgroup.com site.
The login screen comes up, I enter my username and password, it accepts it and brings me back to the main site where I am still not logged in. Tried with firefox and chrome, but no success.

Any ideas?

hmm, nevermind. coming back 15 min later it seems that i am suddenly logged in.

No sure where you are located but Im in Canada and for me sometimes after logging on to the site the responses can be very slow, need a lot of patients some times lol.

We do have a few reports on that subject but we haven't found anything suspicious into our system.
Please keep us posted if this issue keeps happening, in the meantime I'll notify our IT guys to check if everything here works as expected.

I am having this problem now. I just sent an email to support@chaosgroup.com to see if they can sort it out for me.

If anyone else has this issue please try to access the website using different browser.
Also check if your internet provider has some limitation for download content.
And as a final step please report the issue at support@chaosgroup.com

Sure thing. Ticket number was 203953. They reset my password - then I retried again without success. They told me to try a different browser - still no success. Finally they logged in and said it was working for them and so I tried again and it just worked. Whatever the issue was, it seemed to be solved by just waiting an hour or two and then re-trying.

I've experienced site/login issues as well. Getting to the main site is no problem now, but for some odd reason I can't access the forum directly. I have to run through an anonymous proxy server or use my phone to come here. If I try to direct connect via my workstation, it just times out. The forum here is the only site I'm experiencing connection issues with.

I've tried all the usual things, different browsers, even different workstations. I can't even get a ping response from the forum address through my router. Seems like my IP address range is being blocked by the server here.

According to the system admins everything is working fine in here, please check whether you have filter our forum in your ISP or in the firewall.

I got another interesting problem now - I logged in with my username (which is viscorbel) and once logged in it shows that I've logged in as totally different user: 'prez89'
... What?
Of course it looks like prez89 doesn't have a valid vray for max licence, so all i see are download links for DEMO versions.

I'll try logging out, clearing cookies and logging in again, but I think you should know there is some sort of a problem there.

i was having trouble logging in through chrome, but managed to get in through internet explorer.... this was 2 minutes ago
