Cant set max texture size for vray RT above 2048

hi guys,
having problems with RT.
I have scene with 1 texture only and i cant set max texture size higher than 2048.
Is that really a limitation? My texture has 3500 px

I don't use RT but can't you just use the full size texture instead of resize texture option.
