Hi all
So for years been adding fake plains in large areas with a lightmtl assigned to help with GI and make the render faster. This always only worked in the GI and it helps to clean it up, make it brighter and speed up rendering.
I've now noticed however that for some reason it is also affecting my rawlight pass, and making it NOISIER! (No I don't have direct illumination ticked)
What gives? I can't remember this being the case with Vray 2.4. Did something change recently in 3.30.05? (Also can't remember it doing it in 3.2)
