FlatIron -> Vray crash

Hi,
I am trying to use FlatIron to render a scene but Vray crashes every time I start the render.

Is this anything you can fix on your end? Or is it Flat Iron issue?

What exactly is a FlatIron and what V-Ray and 3dSMax versions you are using?

We tested a simple scene with the FlatIron Demo version but we did not manage to reproduce the crash. Could you please send us an example scene and 3ds max dump file so we could investigate further?
