Hi! I have 1 workstation and 6 Rendenodes.... Rendering using Vray DR works fine, all the machines contribute to that frame... but I have a simulation made with PhoenixFD, and it is actually longer the time it takes to load each frame particles and send it to each server than what the render actually takes, so if I use Vray DR I do not get any benefit. The rendernodes works fine in this case and they can find the license no problem.
But.... if I try to use Backburner, so each machine renders a full frame, I get an error message saying that 3DS MAX reports Vray can't find a license.... how is that the network rendering with VraySpawner works and find the license and if I try to use it via Backburner it does not find the license?
Before I go nuts trying to get this work, does Vray 3.3 works with Backburner rendering?? Sometimes is better to use each machine to make a full frame instead of distribute one frame between all the machines.
