Vray toon - certain edges not showing up?

Odd problem; some edges won't show up in Vray toon. If I duplicate the offending object, the edges show up, but then the edges of a neighbouring object won't show, and so on

See how there are no lines on the white power socket, the top wood plank, or the bottom grey objects?
I've made sure that "hide inner edges" is unchecked
