Max/VRay won't render Camera view

HI all,
Got a strange one here, been happening ever since I re-installed Max 16 (18.0 SP3) and VRay (3.30.05).

Even when I set 'View to Render:' to my VRay camera and press render it's rendering a section of the front view. In the quad layout my camera is the selected view (yellow box outline). I've also tried 'Area to Render' selected and selected an object in the camera view, same thing.

Has anyone experienced this and have a fix?

Make sure that you are not using the Render button from the Render Setup window and not the one from the VFB top right corner.
Can you post the scene file to check it here?
