Distributed Render Render Host Not Responding

Hi,

i am trying to render my scene using distributed render using three machines, Max 2016 and Vray 2.5. I have been able to run backburner successfully using three systems. But when I try distributed render, one render host constantly does not respond and the other render host does not connect to the main machine.

I have three computers, 198.168.0.10, 198.168.0.11, 198.168.0.12. The dongle is attached to 198.168.0.10.

I am working on 3ds Max 2016, Vray 2.5, Windows 7 with Norton 360 Antivirus installed on 198.168.0.10, 198.168.0.11 AND 3ds Max 2016, Vray 2.5, Windows 8 with Norton 360 Antivirus installed on 198.168.0.12.

Backburner works perfectly fine.

But when I try distributed render, I get the error

"warning: Render host 2600k-pc (192.168.0.11) is not responding"
"warning: Could not connect to host 192.168.0.12:20204: Connection timeout"

Please help me sort this issue.

Do you have installed same V-Ray version on all machines? Have you tried running a BB job between those machines before rendering with V-Ray? Is V-Ray DR spawner started manually on the render node machine or running as a service?
Also would you please send us vraylog.txt files - one form the problematic render node machine and one from the machine where the DR job is submitted. It can be found in Temp directory on both machines.
Please note that the option "Restart servers on render end" in Distributed Rendering options should NOT be enabled in order to preserve the log overwriting.
