shadow pass problem

Goodmorning everyone! I can't seem to use the "V-Ray shadow pass", I'm attaching my pass. can you tell me if it's correct? I use photoshop "subtract" the Blend Mode to combine the pass RGB + "shadow pass". it's correct? consiiglio you have any for me?

The shadow pass represents the lighting information in the shadow area and it could be used to make the shadows lighter or completely remove them from the beauty pass.
It should be blended with Plus operation not sure what is that operation in Photoshop environment.
