  • Pflow quantity multiplyer - Render "viewport %" instead of "render %".

    Quick question:

Does Vray not support that feature? The render seams to follow the Viewport % instead of the Render % in the PF source rollout.

There must be something I've overlooked?

Do you use RT? RT always assumes viewport properties. Sorry if this is a dumb question but I've not had this problem.
    Software:
    Windows 7 Ultimate x64 SP1
    3ds Max 2016 SP4
    V-Ray Adv 3.60.04

    Hardware:
    Intel Core i7-4930K @ 3.40 GHz
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 (4096MB RAM)
    64GB RAM

      Nope, no RT.

I think I have fixed it though. I switched out the cache node with a new one, and now suddenly it behaves like expected.. Thats weird.

EDIT:Wait? When using disk-cache. Does that not cache out the render setting? This is behaving weird..
EDIT2: Guess I should read the help files for the cache operators first. Didn't know you had to set the viewport and the render settings at the same numbers before you cached it out.

That cache ops are really strange to me, too. But I mean it's Max - such behaviour is to be expected
