OK, so after upgrading to Windows 10 the licence dongle appears to go to sleep / inactive after a day or so of not being used. The only way I can get it to work again, without a restart, is to physically unplug and re-insert the dongle, and then it works fine straight away.
I have the dongle plugged into my workstation, but if I'm working from home or on the laptop I use a VPN to access the licence, so it has become quite annoying to be honest.
I know this is likely to be a Windows issue, but I've been through all the power settings, told USB not to sleep, etc. With things like external hard drives, you can double click the drive and it will get it started, but with the dongle perhaps there's a way to do this too? Or perhaps someone knows if I'm missing something with windows 10?
Thanks,
Dean
