Nasty bug in render to texture.

This one really made me sick.

Render an element, GI in my case.
Afterwards uncheck the active checkox of the element and add another element, NormalBump in my case.
Render it.

The previosly rendered GI element gets overwritten with an empty exr.

48h rendertime on 4 pc's lost... Has to be done tomorrow. I'll have to raise the col.thresh quite alot.

The issue is fixed in V-Ray 4.02.01 Beta.
