    I'm trying to do a quick sun study and have animated the sun. I'm animating it with very few frames (100). As you can expect the sun shadows move quite drastically jumping from one frame to the next. Aha, I thought, I'll just turn on MB and let it blur the shadow out a bit. No luck though, it still renders it like normal. Regular lights get motion blurred shadows just fine. Am I missing something somewhere (some setting)?

    The issue is already logged in our bug tracking system. You can refer to the following thread, where Vlado has given a couple of suggestions for a workaround:
