    How can I get a lightselect on a SSS?
    Non of the lighting or rawlighting channels seem to show the sss materials

    sss is indirect just like gi, you cannot isolate indirect because its a mix of everything.

    With that said you can cheat it. If you divide the sss by the diffuse filter you will get raw sss, then you can use raw light select as a mask for each light, then add them back together.

        Its been a long time since i worked with that setup, at the time we were unable to produce a 1 to 1 match but it was close enough and we tweaked it in comp anyway.

          That should be good enough Dmitry. I should try to set this up to see how close they are.
          On a tangent, wondering if there is any cheat to separate GI on per-light basis too? Keep hearing that it's doable for GPU RT but not CPU yet...

            This is possible only on the GPU for now. For the CPU the only option is to calculate each light separately which is not very useful but its the only option so far.
