Error default preset not loaded

Hello
I am trying to render a scene on vray 3.2 /max 2015 ( not my machine so I can't upgrade to the latest vray to test)
But max crash while the render is running and the only error I found in vray log is this :

"2016/Aug/20|16:59:33] "default" preset not loaded: [loadPreset] Preset name "default" not found"
And vray.cfg file is missing!
Any help would be highly appreciated

We doubt that the preset loading error is somehow involved with the crash.
Try to create a new vray.cfg file just in case following the screenshot bellow, and if still crashes pack the scene and send it for investigation:
