    Hi i am sorry that the render node problem is back, i got 4 slave, r1, r2, r3 and r4, but only r3 and r4 are not responding [my tonggle is installed in r1, i use my pc [pc20] to render in daily work.
    i have try the following step, but not work:

    1) go into r3 and r4, close vrayspawner, restart vrayspawner. [not working]
    2) restart my pc [pc20]. [not working]

    Please help me to solve this problem.

    i am using vray 2.40.04 and 3ds max design 2014.

    Are they all using the same service pack and Vray version?

      Just as a test, try turning off the windows firewall. That was my issue recently.
