slave problem

Hi, don't know since when my slave always pop up something like this?
and when this thing pop up, i always cannot connect the slave.

I have to use remote desktop to log in to the slave and close the pop up thing, and again some time it work, and all slave are working, but some time it is not work.

Please help.

edit: i am 3ds max design 2014 and vray 2.40.04 user

Hello,

I think there were some cases that if Max crashes at some specific time it leaves temp files like the one you get the error. Could you try to just move it to somewhere and see if things go back to normal ?

the content inside this '_temp3488.mcr' is exactly look like vraylightlister...??
is this mean vraylightlister cause the file crash??
i have cut it and paste it to the slave desktop, will see if this fix the crash next time when i render with slave.

When 3ds Max sees user scripts it parses them and creates those temp .mcr files in its folders for future use - if the script doesn't change between runs Max can reuse the parsed .mcr file instead of parsing .ms files.

If something happens and max crashes while it is writing the mcr file - it stays there but is only partially written. The next time Max starts - it sees it and tries to load it - but since it is only partially written - you get a crash.
