Different samples per render element ?

Hi all

I haven't actually used a beauty pass in a very long time and haven't really seen anyone use one for production for years. Its all about rendering out your passes and comping back together. One big issue I have currently is having to turn up the samples for the entire scene for a single specific pass. So it may be a material select, or reflection. That kind of thing. Is there a way to do this currently at all ?

This is not possible currently so the only option is to increase the samples generally.
