  • noise on dark area

    hello guys

i made an interior and i want to open a discussion on this render

first of all i know all the option of denoiser and so on.. i dont like it .. i love all the small details that he destroy.

from tutorial of grant warwick that he talk about put high setting on the AA and you can feel more free on the noise threshold

as you can see on my render even with the low noise threshold my light area is very clean... the darker area is the problem...

i love to use brute force and cc... dont like irradiance map and all the baking thing.

any idea how to clean up more noise in dark area.... i dont make it bright area there... there is any change to stay with my setting and clean more the darker area?

Noise threshold is too high - try 0.01 or 0.005. You don't need to go to 1,100 on that either.

so 30 min per frame as it now is going to be hour and half you say
      for small 1280 pixel

I don't know anything about your scene or computer specs so I'm not sure if that's fast or slow - all I'm saying is that you asked how to clean up that noise and I told you the setting to use
