Computer freeze

I have a scene that gets stuck on 6 buckets, freezes my computer to were I can't even ctrl-alt-del or move my cursor, so I have to force reboot. I have tried everything, all day long, and it still locks things up at the same place. The place is some evermotion proxies that I have in Forest Pro. My event viewer shows that ForestPro.dlo crashed, so I made sure I had the current version, which I didn't, so I updated.

Anybody experience this?

In the past when this has happened to me I switched to static memory and while slower it seemed to help.
