  • Vray Light Lister window went missing

Can't find the Vray light lister. Not sure if it's not opening, or is opening somewhere but is off my monitors. Have done the usual windows tricks, like Cascade windows, etc. But it still doesn't show up. Any tips?

    Windows 7, Vray 3.4, 3dsMax 2016

    Thanks - Chris

            Morne,
The Vray Light Lister has always been available in my Tools menu. And is supposedly open, it's just nowhere to be found. I ran your script anyway, but still no luck.
            Thanks though.

What if you bring back the Light Lister window in the monitor view?
You can try this approach: make sure the windows is open and active. Then press Alt+Space, M, hold one of the arrow keys and move the mouse to bring the window in view.

Morne's kindly provided script only really runs "registervraymenus()", a function we distribute with the standard v-ray install and that you can type yourself into the listener to identical result.
Multi-monitor fixes to UI elements are of the kind Zdravko mentioned, where the window actually takes focus, or have to be provided by the tool maker where it doesn't (f.e. the VFB functions to reset its position.).
