windows 10 usb dongle power off

Does anyone have a fix for this,
i've tried :
1-Power options - Disable
2-Device manager <power management--> uncheck allow the computer to turn off.....

Am i missing something else?

Im using the dongle on a server and from that a connect to my laptop using a network.
