Progressive render animation and denoiser - render doesnt finish

Hello,
yet another issue with rendergin progressively and while using DR...render happens on my local machine using some DR slaves from our farm.
I have the render noise level set to 0.005, time set to 0.
Denoising set to 3 and 0.3

After final noise is reached, it doesnt move to another frame, but instead all it does is what seems to be and endless loop of DENOISING.

Can you please help!

Now I try it and seems it works like when I set time, it ignores noise threshold. I think it should take whatever happen sooner (time or threshold) and go to next image. But this not happen
