BIG problem with licensing - cant work!!!

Hi,

I have this big problem. My dongle licensing stop working, dont know why, but vray on both pc stop work. I want to use online licensing instead. Main computer looks ok at localhost, but licensing wont work in max. Second computer when I enable online licensing said there is no internet connection, which is nonsense of course. So both of my computers not working now. I have a project I have to work on with sort deadline and I dont know, what happened that nothing working. I am really disappointed about all this license thing, why is it so complicated to just start online license. Dont know, why dongle stop work and I cant connect to it. But try to reinstal and computer see it and install it.

Please I need to continue work on monday. Is there any way you can help me?

And another thing, I bought render node for second computer. But local host said V-RAY FOR 3DS MAX 3.0 Interface 1 and V-RAY RENDER NODE 3.0 Render 1. Maybe its ok, but dont know if its enough for work on one computer but render on two simultaneously. But now either one computer not working.

After ten tries and few hours online licensing start to work, dont know why. But as I think I have only one computer for render in online licensing. I bought second render node some time back, so I really like to use it there. Please can someone add this render node to online licensing so I can use it?

After all this problems I have to say I would really like to see activating VRay like IToo Forest Pack. Within installation, click on activate and after two seconds I am good to go without any problems. Its great and a way Choas Group select for licensing is terrible, sorry for that. Bother people who bought your product with this type of licensing, which is complicated, slow with too many steps, programs to install, names and passwords, its just not the right way. Its my opinion, nothing more. I love VRay by the way.

So please can anyone add render node I bought so I can use it? Or shoud I wrote a mail with some info to support?

P.S.: dongle still not working in localhost, but installation of WIBU KEY and recognizing dongle in system was without any problem. Dont know if its broken somehow or where is a problem, but not working on any of my computers (In notification are two messages - first: Dongle subsystem unavailable (connect ECONNREFUSED 127.0.0.1:30314), second: vrlservice stopped)

BTW in this document: https://docs.chaosgroup.com/display/...+V-Ray+License I have to see VRay License server in start menu. I dont see that. Dont know if its normal (but then dont know why it is in document section) or if I hit register vray license within installation.

Dongle is plug-in, but I think wibu key not see its license, but dont know why. Dongle still not working so cant use both computers.

You should send request to support team, they will connect remotely and solve your problem, also will explain what the problem was.
